Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 can French-cut green beans
    1 can green peas
    1 can whole kernel yellow corn
    1 can chopped pimento
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix salt, vinegar, pepper, water and salad oil and bring to a boil; cool.
    Drain green beans, peas and corn.
    Add pimento, green pepper, celery and onion.
    Pour cooled liquid over vegetables. Cool 2 hours before serving.
    Will keep up to 2 weeks.
