Skinny Dips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, baked
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 green onion, chopped if desired
    1/2 c. buttermilk or Blue cheese dressing
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out most of potato. Sprinkle cheese, bacon and green onion over skins.
    Heat in oven at 350\u00b0 for 4 to 5 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
    Serve with dressing.
    Serves 4.
