Sausage Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    1 lb. hot sausage (bulk)
    1 lb. mild sausage (bulk)
    2 beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brown sausages together and drain grease.
    Lay rolls out to make about 15 x 15-inch square.
    Pinch the creases and roll out. (Cut a
    little extra dough off for patching.) Add beaten eggs to sausage and spread on flat crescents.
    Spread 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese over sausage.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt, basil, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and patch with extra dough or the mixture will pop out.
    (If desired, brush on a beaten egg for a shiny appearance.)
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cool, cut.
