Breakfast Turkey Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    3/4 c. \"spicy\" V-8 juice
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 tsp. ground sage
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Soak oats in V-8 juice for 15 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into logs and freeze just to the solid stage, then slice and store (in patties) in freezer. Patties may be shaped by hand and frozen separately for easy usage.
    Cook in a skillet as patties gently thaw during cooking.
