Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. Valestic sauerkraut
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil (vegetable)
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 large green pepper, chopped fine
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 c. celery, chopped fine
Preparation
    Drain well and rinse off sauerkraut.
    Then mix sugar, vinegar, oil and all other ingredients together.
    Mix gently.
    Store overnight or for 24 hours.
    Serves 8 to 12, depending on serving size.
    This salad keeps indefinitely in the refrigerator!
