Angel Food Dessert(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    1 small box Jell-o sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
    1 large can crushed pineapple, partially drained
    12 oz. Cool Whip (light)
Preparation
    Mix pudding and pineapple together.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Split cake into 2 layers. Frost between layers, top and sides of cake.
