Rosemary Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine parsley, rosemary, lemon pepper and garlic powder.
    Crush slightly.
    Rinse chicken.
    Pat dry.
    Brush chicken with oil.
    Rub the rosemary mixture onto the skin of chicken.
    Place chicken, breast side up, on convection roasting rack.
    Set on top of broiler pan.
    Convection cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
