French Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    3 cans drained French-style green beans
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add salt, pepper, flour and sour cream.
    Cook until slightly thickened.
    Add drained green beans; top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 12 servings.
