Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell
Preparation

Thoroughly beat eggs and combine with sugar, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
Stir in coconut and pour filling into uncooked pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
