Golden Turkey Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 flour tortillas
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. chopped green chilies
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. cooked chopped turkey or chicken breast
Preparation
    Combine soup, sour cream, chilies and salt. Reserve 3/4 cup sauce and mix the rest with the turkey or chicken and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Slightly fry the tortillas in heated oil, one at a time. Fill while still hot with meat mixture.
    Roll and place seam side down in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine reserved sauce with milk and pour over tortillas.
    Bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions while hot.
