Swiss Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans sliced carrots, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. shredded swiss cheese, divided
    1 small can fried onions, divided
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a 2-quart baking dish, combine carrots, soup, half of the swiss cheese and half of the fried onions. Be careful not to mash the carrots. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle remaining fried onions on top of cheese. Bake 5 more minutes to melt cheese.
