Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green pepper
3 lb. cabbage
1 large onion
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. oil
Preparation
-
Combine green pepper, cabbage, onion and sugar.
Bring to boil vinegar, salt, mustard seed, celery seed and sugar.
Mix all together in glass bowl and add oil.
Let stand 3 hours.
Chill and serve.
