Busy Day Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream chicken soup
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. cream sherry (optional)
    1 soup can milk
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Mix above and put in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Wash and dry 4 to 6 chicken breasts, salt and pepper and put on top of rice.
    Sprinkle 1 envelope Lipton's dry onion soup mix over chicken.
    Cover casserole with heavy duty aluminum foil and seal all around.
    Bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
