Saucy Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops (about 1 lb.)
salt and pepper to tate
4 onion slices
4 green pepper rings
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
Preparation

In ovenproof skillet, brown chops; pour off fat.
Add salt and pepper.
Top each chop with onion and pepper ring; pour soup over. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover; bake 15 minutes more or until tender.
Serves 4.
