Friendship Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 envelope dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a large bowl.
    Gradually stir in water.
    Beat or whisk until smooth.
    Cover with a towel and set in a warm place.
    Stir 2 to 3 times a day or until the starter is bubbly and produces a yeasty aroma.
