Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini (unpeeled), sliced thin
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add all other ingredients, zucchini last.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (golden brown).
