Aloha Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Cream margarine or butter with sugar; add eggs and mix well. Stir in mashed bananas. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir into creamed mixture. Fold in undrained pineapple and coconut. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until it tests done. Makes 2 loaves. Or use 3 (8 1/4 x 4 1/4-inch) loaf pans and bake 55 minutes.
