Marzetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion
    2 c. celery stalks
    1 c. tomato soup
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    dash of garlic
    grated cheese (to go on top of casserole before cooking, if desired)
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. 1/4-inch noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown meat in bacon drippings.
    Add all ingredients plus cooked noodles.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 in covered casserole 45 minutes, then uncover and cook 15 minutes.
    Makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles. Freezes well.
