Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green bell peppers
    5 c. boiling water
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut thin slice from stem end of pepper; remove all seeds and membranes from each.
    Wash inside and outside.
    Cook the peppers in the boiling, salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
