Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
Beat eggs and oil in small bowl.
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Add egg mixture. Mix well.
