Tuna (Or Chicken) Souffle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans tuna, drained or 2 c. chicken breasts, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped olives
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend Jell-O and hot water.
    Add mayonnaise; fold in rest of ingredients.
    Chill until set.
    Serve.
