Pork In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 thick center cut pork tenderloins*
    1 medium purple onion
    1/2 c. white wine or dry vermouth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Slice onion in thin rings and saute in olive oil until soft and beginning to brown slightly.
    Remove and keep warm.
    Season both sides or pork with black pepper and garlic powder.
    Brown both sides of pork. Return onions to pan and add wine and soy sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 2.
