Fish Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fillet of white fish
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. instant potatoes with margarine
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook fish for 10 minutes in water; drain.
    Combine fish with potatoes and egg (if too soft, add potato flakes).
    Roll in bread crumbs and fry.
