Shrimp Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/4 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 rib celery, finely chopped
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. green onions and parsley, mixed and finely chopped
    1/2 c. flour
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut shrimp into 3 to 4 pieces.
    Mix with onion, bell pepper and celery.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except oil and mix well. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
