Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. corn starch
4 Tbsp. butter
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly, then beat in sugar and flour. Add melted butter, milk, vanilla and spices.
Pour into pie crust and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake till filling is firm.
