Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium heads cauliflower
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp processed American cheese
    2 tsp. toasted sesame seed
    salt and white pepper
Preparation
    Wash cauliflower; break into flowerets.
    Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water until tender, 10 to 15 minutes; drain well.
    Place half the flowerets in a 2-quart casserole; season with salt and pepper.
    Spread with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup cheese; top with 1 teaspoon sesame seed and repeat layers. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts and sour cream is heated through.
