Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, mashed
    1/3 to 3/4 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Add together.
    Place in greased casserole dish, dotted with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    May be refrigerated for 2 weeks.
