Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium egg plants
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 slice bread, torn into crumbs
    dash of ground cinnamon
    milk and egg sauce
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 beaten egg
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    dash of pepper
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. shredded American cheese
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of ground nutmeg
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Pare eggplant and slice 1/2-inch thick.
    Sprinkle with salt and set aside.
    Brown meat with onions and drain off fat.
    Add water, parsley, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
    Simmer until liquid is nearly gone.
    Cool and stir in half bread crumbs, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup cheese and cinnamon.
