Raisin Special Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. seedless raisins
1 c. sugar
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Combine raisins, sugar, water, salt and butter.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Stir in 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 3 tablespoons water.
Cook stirring 5 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoons lemon flavoring.
Use a 9-inch crust with lattice top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
