Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 onion, cut in rings
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 1 c. sour cream
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Brown the meat until it changes color.
    Add onion.
    Salt to taste.
    Add water and steam until done, 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add soup and heat through.
    Add sour cream and stir in.
    (Do not boil the sour cream.)
    Serve over rice or noodles.
