Impossible Bacon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (I chop mine before cooking)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded natural Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Grease (or Pam) 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle cooked bacon, cheese and onion in plate.
    In blender beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds on high or minute with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth; pour into pie plate.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes, cut into wedges and serve.
