Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 tsp. soda
    a pinch of cream of tartar
    8 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients, then add soda and cream of tartar. Pour over popcorn.
    Stir until coated well.
    Pour into dish pan; put in oven for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven; stir until cool.
