Gingerbread Cookie Cut Outs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. dark molasses
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    3/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix well shortening, sugar and molasses.
    In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients together well.
    Pour flour mixture into molasses mixture.
    Chill dough 2 to 3 hours.
    Preheat oven to 370\u00b0.
    Lightly grease baking sheet.
    Divide dough into 3 parts. Put two parts back in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Roll dough out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Use any cookie cutter; cut and place on baking sheet.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
