Chicken Liver Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. chicken livers, cut into pieces
    seasoned flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut chicken livers into 1-inch pieces.
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Dip chicken liver pieces in seasoned flour.
    Fry in melted butter until brown.
    Remove and drain on paper towel.
    Saute onion in remaining butter.
    Mix in large bowl, rice, soup and milk.
    Add onion, chicken livers and parsley; mix well.
    Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
