Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese (8 oz.)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Combine all ingredients (except 1/2 of the cheese) in a large bowl and stir well.
    Pour into casserole dish; cover with remaining cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
