Choco-Dot Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

4 eggs
1 can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. all-bran or 1 1/2 c. Bran Flakes
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Add pumpkin, oil and bran.
Mix well.
Add sifted dry ingredients, mixing only until combined.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spread evenly in tube or Bundt pan, ungreased or lightly sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick inserted near center.
Cool completely before removing from pan.
Serves 16.
