Orange Sherbet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. orange sherbet
11 oz. can Mandarin orange sections, drained
6 oz. orange gelatin
8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. boiling water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pt. Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Add marshmallows and stir until partially dissolved.
Add pineapple and orange sections that have been cut into bite-size pieces.
Cool mixture, then fold in Cool Whip and sherbet.
Congeal before serving.
