Chinese Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    2 c. celery, cut diagonally
    1 green pepper, cut in rings
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small can shoestring potatoes
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Place peas in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Add remaining ingredients on top.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Cover with shoestring potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for half hour.
    Do not overcook; vegetables should be crispy.
