Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (14 oz.) jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
    4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed or use a whole, cut up chicken, not removing the skin
    1 medium green pepper, coarsely chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. of your favorite pasta, cooked
Preparation
    You will need 1 oven cooking bag, large size (14 x 20-inch).
