Angels Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten well with a bit of water added
    1/2 fresh firm banana, sliced
    honey
    butter
Preparation
    Saute bananas in butter until light and golden on low heat. Add a good teaspoon of honey; stir lightly.
    Add eggs gently.
    Fold over when done.
    Serve on platter with a topping of sliced strawberries and powdered sugar.
    Serve with muffins and coffee. Don't overcook omelet.
