Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sauerkraut
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. onion
1 c. green pepper
1 large carrot
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Rinse and drain sauerkraut.
Mix in the chopped vegetables, then add sugar, vinegar and oil.
Mix together and let stand overnight.
