Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
4 unbeaten eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated raw carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to first mixture.
Fold in grated carrots and nuts.
Put in 3 (9-inch) greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
