Fruit Stuffed Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. apple, chopped
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, sliced
    1/4 c. dried apricots, chopped
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 c. corn bread stuffing mix
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 lb. boneless pork loin roast*
Preparation
    *Have your butcher debone pork loin roast for you, or debone yourself (directions to follow).
