Mccormack'S Choice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. dry noodles
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    16 oz. creamed cottage cheese
    1 egg
    2 (2 1/2 lb.) chickens
    6 c. water
    1 celery stalk
    1 carrot
    1 onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles for 8 minutes; drain.
    Cook broccoli; drain.
    Mix cottage cheese with egg.
    Prepare chickens in 6 cups water with celery, carrot, onion and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Remove meat; save broth.
    For gravy mix oleo and flour.
    Cook to smooth paste.
    Add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, basil and pepper.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Slowly add 3 cups chicken broth, stirring until it comes to a boil.
    Add other ingredients.
