Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. sauerkraut, drained
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    4 slices Swiss cheese (natural)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking pan; salt and pepper.
    Place kraut over chicken.
    Top with Swiss cheese.
    Pour dressing evenly over cheese, cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle parsley, if desired.
    Serves 4.
