My Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
    1 can tomato puree or sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    salt
    pepper (black)
    1 onion
    1 rib celery
    1/4 c. green pepper
    Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. sweet basil
    3 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook onion, green pepper, garlic and celery in butter and oil until tender.
    Add the other ingredients and cook for 2 to 3 hours on low heat.
    This is enough sauce for 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of pasta. After spaghetti is cooked, drain.
    Pour sauce over and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    This can be doubled and tripled.
