Gazpacho(Cold Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 cucumber
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. green onion
    4 c. tomato juice
    2 avocados
    5 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 clove garlic (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and chop (finely) all vegetables.
    Combine with other ingredients and chill overnight.
    Serve cold with a dollop of sour cream on top of each serving.
    Serve with croutons.
