Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. unsifted flour
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    3/4 c. cold butter or margarine
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. lemon juice (from concentrate)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups flour and
    confectioners
    sugar;
    cut
    in butter or margarine until crumbly.
    Press
    into
    lightly
    greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes.
    In a large bowl, mix eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder,
    lemon juice and 3 tablespoons flour.
    Mix well and pour over
    crust.
    Bake
    20
    to
    30 minutes (until golden brown).
    Cool and
    cut.
    Sprinkle
    with
    confectioners sugar. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
    Makes 24 to 36 bars.
