Texas Red Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato juice
    3 (29 oz.) cans hot chili beans
    3 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients with 4 cups water in a large saucepan.
    Simmer for several minutes.
    Cook ground beef in a skillet until brown and crumbled.
    Add to bean mixture.
    Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
