Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/8 c. vegetable shortening
    1 egg plus 1 tsp. vinegar and water to make 3/4 c.
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt in medium bowl and cut in shortening with blender to form pea-size chunks.
    Add your egg and water, a little at a time, until dough forms a ball.
    Roll dough on a floured pastry cloth.
    You divide dough up to make 2 (8-inch) pies with top crust for one pie.
    You can freeze the pies until you need to fill them.
